The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style on employee job satisfaction at PT. Dipta Adimulia. From the results of the correlation coefficient analysis, the value of r = 0.665 shows that there is a strong positive relationship between Leadership Style and Employee Job Satisfaction. This means that if the leadership style is good, then the job satisfaction of employees at PT. Dipta Adimulia will also increase or vice versa. From the results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination, the R Square value is 0.442 or 44.2%. This value indicates that the percentage contribution of the leadership style variable (X) to the employee job satisfaction variable (Y) is 44.2% while the remaining 55.8% is influenced by other factors such as discipline, work environment and education and training. From the results of simple regression analysis, the regression equation Y = 7.934 + 0.408 X. From the regression equation it can be interpreted that the value of a = 7.934 means that if the value of X = 0 without a leadership style, the employee job satisfaction is 7.934. while the regression coefficient X = 0.408 states that every change of 1 level will cause a change in employee job satisfaction of 0.408. From the results of the t-test, it can be seen that the tcount value is 5.116 with a significance value of 0.000. The significance value is smaller than 0.05, it proves the proposed hypothesis, namely: Leadership Style has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction of PT. Dipta Adimulia.
